Boat Super Structure

EXTRA STRONG SANDWICH HULL STRUCTURE:

Construction is based on combining aluminum surfaces, outer and interior plywood, sandwiched with of closed cell foam between. For unsurpassed strength, welded framing is placed every 2 feet. This "sandwich" technique is used throughout hull. Cabin decks construction is based on combining two plywood surfaces, outer and interior.

The result is a rigid hull that exhibits no tendency to distort or flex in even the most extreme running conditions. The foam insulates cabin and engine compartments against condensation and provides a positive buoyancy exceeding 60lbs. per cubic foot.

This manufacturing process results in a tremendously strong vessel, much more durable than the conventional construction.

ULTRASONIC-ANTIFOULING

can save you about 30%of fuel bills, keeps clear all those underwater areas, cleaning effect on the hulls surface below the water line, it also resonates and destroys single cell organisms such as algae. The removal of the initial link in the food chain inhibits the growth barnacles and other marine life that feed on the algae.

ELECTRO-GUARD CATHODIC BOAT CORROSION PREVENTING SYSTEM

preventing expensive damage to underwater metals, no more zinc anodes to replace. Cathodic Protection Systems are the yacht owner's answer to successfully preventing expensive damage to underwater metals. It is easier to use, more cost-efficient, and less polluting than traditional systems.

DE-ICER WATER BUBBLER SYSTEM

Bubbler System, uses Oil-less Air Compressors and  Tubing to maintain an open water area, during the cold winter months.

HULL DESIGN
New hull designs allow watercraft to ride on a cushion of air to greatly reduce friction between the hull and the water, resulting in more hull speed for less power than conventional designs New. When a conventional hull moves, it pushes the water ahead of it out of the way. We like to talk about a ship "slicing" its way through the water like a knife. Reducing friction on a hull means getting rid of or reducing the boundary layer. a system for breaking up the boundary layer by blowing air bubbles under a ship's hull. This is a sort of air lubricant that makes the hull more slippery in water.

In winter, the system transfers some of the moisture from the exhaust air to the usually less humid incoming cold air, thus maintaining the quality of house air more constant. This also keeps the heat exchanger core warmer and eliminates problems with freezing.

In summer, the air system automatically controls the humidity in the house by transferring some of the water vapor in the incoming air to the typically drier air that is leaving the house. This natural function makes it possible to keep the operating temperatures of air AC units as close as possible to the indoor set point temperature. Because the core is alternatingly warm and cool, dry and damp, it xceptionally enables energy-efficient evaporative cooling also in humid climates. A conventional HRV brings in summer humidity with outside air, making the indoor air too humid.

“100% biological waste water purification technology”?
This means waters are purified exclusively via the growth of a bacteria flora inside the water filters:
therefore, the oxidation of sewage is done exclusively via an organic-controlled-no chemical process, no chemical additives.

Biological purification is much more green and simpler than the other technologies marketed today. Technology doesn’t require chlorine or corrosives, doesn’t need to
capture waters from outside, to be then mixed with output water, in a way to lover the respect of the norms. For these reasons, technology is less “consumption oriented” and doesn’t require many pumps, valves etc. Less working parts means a more reliable system.

Gray-water heat exchanger saves 50% of the energy consumption of washing machines and other use.
